Each year, on the first Saturday in December, the most popular sporting event in Geneva takes place in the old town - The Escalade Race. Last year nearly 30,000 runners were signed up. This year it could be your turn.
This event is for everyone - famour international runners to beginners, children and adults alike. Distances run vary from 2kms to 8 kms depending on the category and include 1, 2 or 3 laps. All the races take place in the narrow streets of the old town and finisn in the Bastion Park.
At the same time an event for walkers and Nordic walkers is organised and is 8 km long. |

| Percorso | At the end of the day is the Marmite Race. This is the highlight for the thousands of spectators. This is not really a competition as there is no ranking. All who take part run the 3,4 kms together, in a costume of their choice. The participants try to outdo each other in originality.
Why not come as a family ? The Escalade Race is not only an important sporting event but is also a super day for relaxing and enjoying yourself. There is something going on... and you can be part of it. |

| Logistica | We welcome you to the website of the Course de l'Escalade.
Our event will take place on 4 and 5 December 2015 and will again welcome young and old, walkers and runners. Registration will be open as of mid-September. |

| Iscrizioni | Chaque concurrent ayant terminé sa course recevra un prix souvenir illustré par le dessinateur de l'affiche.
Comme chaque année, vous aurez la surprise de le découvrir après avoir franchi la ligne d'arrivée. |
